Apparagus Steak stir-fry

This is a very easy and quick dish. Your honey will love it.

First thing you need to have ingredients, not that much 🙂

Ingredients:

– Beef : 1/4 lb , slice thinly

-White onion: 1/2 of a big size, sliced

-Hoisin sauce : choose Miso hoisin sauce, we will need 1 tbbp sp

-2 tsp crushed garlic

-Spring onion : 1/4 cup

-Apparagus : 1 1/2 cup, rise well and cut in haft

-Oil: we can use vegetable oil any kind, i used olive oil 1 tbsp sp

Method:

-Mix miso hoisin sauce with garlic and marinate to the beef, let it set for 30 to 45 mins then start cooking.

-Heat up a wok in medium heat with oil, then throw in white onion, stir fast with beef until cooked, about 3-5 mins. Set aside

-Continue to use the wok, stir in the apparagus about 5 mins then stir back the beef already set aside, then throw spring onion at the end.

You see, just few mins you can have a delicious dish for your family, not so complicated, not much things to prepare. This dish can be eaten with steamed rice and good for dinner.

Zucchini rolls

The main ingredient in my family is ground turkey, it consider the most healthy meat and less fat , therefore from my kitchen, alot of dishes came from ground turkey.

A perfect combination between ground turkey and zucchini, make a perfect side dish, it easy and healthy and look yummy also 🙂

Ingredients:

– 2 zucchini medium size sliced to thin and long sheet

-1 tbsp vegetable oil

-1 cup ground turkey

-pinch of salt, pepper to marinate

-2-3 garlic gloves  minced

Method:

-Mix well garlic, salt, pepper  and oil into ground turkey

-Lay the zucchini sheet on the flat surface, fill in about 1 tbsp ground turkey at one end where close to your body, start roll out till the other end, use the ppq stick to hold the roll tide.

-Bake zucchini rolls in 350 degree F in 20-30 minutes until the filling in side well cooked.

-Serve zucchini rolls with warm steamed rice and a little bit of spicy sauce would be nice.
